Terms of Service

These terms set out the scope of independent used-car selection, seller communication, inspection, negotiation coordination and handover support. All prices are stated in hryvnia (UAH) with taxes included.

1. Service provider

This information is published under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

2. Scope of services

We act as an independent selection and coordination service only. We are not the seller, dealer or owner of any vehicle and do not purchase or sell cars on our own behalf. The order, its scope of work and the full price are set in the public offer (публічна оферта) confirmed before payment.

3. Booking, fees and cancellation

A booking is confirmed after your written request and prepayment. Fees cover selection, communication with sellers, inspection coordination and negotiation support within the agreed scope; any additional fees are disclosed before confirmation. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a scheduled inspection. Later cancellations may be charged for documented costs already incurred. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate requirements, budget and identity data, respond in good time and make your own decision on the purchase. Inspection findings are visual and technical within the agreed scope and are not a warranty, insurance or legal expertise; third-party history and mileage data may be incomplete.

5. Limitations

The buyer decides the purchase, checks the documents and completes registration.

6. Complaints and consumer rights

Send complaints to contact@gamersgzone.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. Your rights are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. The authority handling disputes is Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.

7. Personal data

gamersgzone.com LLC is the data controller. Data is processed to handle your order and is retained for the period required by law. Your rights are set by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI and № 3794-IX; the supervisory authority is Уповноважений Верховної Ради України з прав людини.

8. Advertising

Promotional content on this site is identifiable as advertising and contains no misleading statements about services, prices or results, per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.
