What the fee covers, and what stays with you

We inspect the car and run the negotiation. We are not a notary, a registry agent or your legal representative. The split below is the same one printed in the engagement letter, so you can read the limits before paying.

Included in the fixed fee

Written dossier with 12 numbered checks and a pass, attention or fail verdict per item
Independent price-band comparison against current listings in Ukraine
Seller calls and messages handled in Ukrainian or Russian, thread logged
Accompanied viewing and price negotiation in Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa
Handover checklist on the day of the deal, signed by both sides

Stays with the buyer

Legal title verification and notarial certification of the purchase
Registration at the service centre, plates and technical passport transfer
Insurance, financing and bank transfers to the seller
Debts, fines or encumbrances recorded before the purchase date
Warranty claims and repairs once the keys change hands

History checks cover reported mileage and open liens in the registers we can reach; the dossier states plainly when a record is missing. An inspection is a point-in-time observation, not a warranty of future condition. Tier fees and payment terms are published in the fee table.
