2. What we collect
Through contact and lead forms we collect your name, phone number, e-mail address, your message and any vehicle or inspection details you provide. Analytics and advertising pixels run only after your prior informed consent and may record device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to answer your inquiry, coordinate vehicle inspection services with you and our inspection partners, meet legal record-keeping duties and improve the site. We do not sell data or use it for automated decision-making.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Analytics, advertising pixels and lead forms require prior informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@gamersgzone.com; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for 12 months from the last contact. Documents on concluded services and accounting are kept for the period required by Ukrainian law, currently three years.

Data may be shared with inspection partners, hosting and IT providers acting on our instructions, and public authorities where legally required.

Prices in hryvnia, inspection scope and refund rules appear in the публічна оферта under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. Consumer disputes: Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
